How do I amend my policy?

Please contact us and we will be happy to make any changes on your behalf.

How do I renew my policy?

We will provide you with a renewal invite prior to the expiry of a policy with the new terms and conditions for the forthcoming year. You can then contact us by phone, e-mail etc to discuss any changes and/or renew.

Will we receive a specialist claims service?

You will enjoy access to the relevant insurers’ claims team via our own staff who will be on hand to assist whenever necessary and if appropriate you will enjoy dedicated specialist advice from loss adjusters appointed by insurers.

Upon receiving a quotation how long would it take to arrange cover?

We can generally place cover straight way on receipt of your instructions assuming that we have all the necessary information.

What information is required in order to provide full quotations?

We would ideally like to meet you and ensure that all information obtained is comprehensive , however if time is limited we could conduct a relatively thorough job if we were supplied with a copy of your most recent schedule of insurances and details of claims.

How long will it take PRS to undertake a full review of our insurance requirements?

Conducting such an extensive job can take time, however with our specialist expertise and assistance from you we should be able to provide a comprehensive review and costing within a few days of obtaining the relevant information.
